do you ship orders outside of the usa?

Currently we are not able to ship outside of the United States. We are constantly updating our site so please check back or email us if you have any questions.

Q?How long after i place an order is it shipped?
A.

We strive to get orders out in a timely matter. Normally orders will ship within 1-2 business days depending on the day of the week and time the order was placed. You will be contacted by our customer service if items are out of stock unless otherwise noted.  The time from when it leaves our store to your front door will depend on the time of year(holiday season) and what shipping option was selected.

***Please note that a few items may ship directly from the manufacturer depending on the size and quanity of items ordered.  Those items are generally shipped within 3-5 business days and we will inform you if there is a delay in shipment from the manufacturer.  Feel free to contact us if you are concerned about shipping times.

What is your return policy?

Returns are now only available through STORE CREDIT.  If you need to return any UNUSED/UNWASHED items, you may do so within 30 days. We cannot accept worn or washed diapers as this is a health code violation for our area. When returning an item or order there will be a 10% restocking fee. The items must be in original packaging and we will give you your store credit less shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee. If your items shipped free, that will also be deducted from your refund. Please give us a call or email ahead of time so that we can work out your credit or exchange.
If you have an unused defective or damaged diapers please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we can assist with the product. Some manufacturers want items of this nature to be sent directly to them. Please contact us and we will instruct you where the item needs to be sent. **If the return is due to our error or damaged product we will handle all return shipping etc and shipping for the replacement product. However, if you are returning due to any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping
